Payment for your upcoming class must be made in full one week before your scheduled class in order to hold your spot. Special arrangements can be made if you prefer to pay by cash. We take payment via check, Zelle, Paypal or Venmo. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.

Yes. Upon successful completion of your class you will receive an email with instructions to claim your ecard. AHA Cards are valid for two years.

Exception: The Family and Friends Hands-Only CPR class is an orientation to CPR and is not a certifying or credentialing course.

There is not. As long as the student can successfully complete the course skills, they will receive a course completion card.

Full refunds will be given for cancellations at least one week before your class, 50% if less than one week, no refunds for day of class cancellations or no-shows. But, we know emergencies happen so you will be able to reschedule your class for another time.
